In these charts the intensity of the tests increases as the days go by, starting on day 1 with softer tests until reaching the maximum of excitement on the last day.

It is important before the start of the challenge to take into account some basic rules:

• It is important that before playing the conditions of each player are discussed, each setting their limits.
• Players must choose a security word, which they will say when they want to stop any of the actions that are carried out in each of the 30 days.
• It is recommended that both participants maintain great trust with each other.
• There must be a master and a submissive role that can alternate during the 30 days.
• Never tie anything around the neck.
• It should not be tied tight.
• It should be played with round-tipped scissors within reach in case the sub feels overwhelmed
• The tests will increase in intensity as the days go by.
